Pricing questions
What is a login?+
A user who has signed in to Targets at least once, on the web or the app. Users you create who never sign in are not charged.
Do distributor users, delivery staff and employees count?+
Yes. Anyone who signs in with a username and password is a login.
What is a self-service login?+
A $2 login for staff who only need to see their payslip, apply for leave, mark attendance and submit claims. It cannot open sales, stock, accounts or management screens.
What happens when someone leaves?+
Deactivate the user. They stop being charged from the next billing month.
Can I start on Flex and move later?+
Yes. Flex is month to month from 5 logins. From 10 logins a one-year plan costs less per login; move whenever you are ready to commit for a year.
When should I move from Starter to Growth?+
At 50 logins. Each plan covers a range: Starter 10 to 50, Growth 50 to 100, Scale 100 and up. Your account page tells you when you cross into the next one.
Are any modules charged separately?+
No. Only AI credits and maps lookups are usage-based. Production can be customised to your plant as a separately quoted project.

Each company has its own account and its own plan.
Is there a pilot?+
Yes. One distributor, up to 15 logins, 45 days, for a flat fee that is credited to your first year.
How is a one-year plan paid?+
Quarterly, every six months or yearly, in advance. Six-monthly is 10% off, yearly 15% off; quarterly carries no discount.
What if I add logins during the year?+
They are billed monthly or quarterly at your plan’s rate, without the discount, until the agreement renews.
What is the minimum on Flex?+
Five logins. With fewer people you are still billed for five.
