Past incidents
The last 30 days. Times are in your time zone.
How we look after your service
Your reps, distributors and finance team work on this every day, so we treat a slow page as seriously as an outage. This is what we do, and what you can hold us to.
We watch it every minute
Every service on this page is checked automatically once a minute, all day. A slow service is reported as degraded, not hidden until it fails.
We tell you first, and plainly
When a check fails three times in a row an incident is opened here on its own, without waiting for a customer to write to us. We say what is affected in plain words, not codes.
Updates keep coming
While an incident is open we post something new at least every 15 minutes, even if it is only that we are still working. You should never have to wonder whether anyone is on it.
Planned work is announced beforehand
Maintenance is scheduled here before it starts, with its time window, and is shown as maintenance rather than passed off as uptime or counted as a failure.
We report what really happened
Uptime is worked out from the checks themselves and shown for 90 days, bad days included. Nothing is rounded up: 99.996% is shown as 99.99%.
We learn in public
After a serious incident our team publishes a post-incident review on that incident: what happened, why, and what we have changed so it does not happen again.
