Field teams, routes and working offline
Full offline functionality on mobile, AI route optimisation that adapts to live conditions, geofenced check-ins, SOS and safety alerts, and performance analytics.
Connectivity is not assumed
The mobile app supports full offline functionality. Field staff download their daily schedules, access customer information, complete forms and capture photos with no connection at all, and everything syncs automatically when they reconnect. For teams working outside urban coverage this is usually the deciding feature, so it is worth testing first during a trial.
Routes
Route optimisation considers traffic patterns, service time windows, vehicle capacity and priority levels, and adjusts dynamically as conditions change during the day rather than fixing a plan at 8am and hoping.
Safety and location
- Geofencing alerts when teams enter restricted areas
- SOS buttons and safety check-ins
- Real-time location tracking visible to managers
Performance
Managers see task completion rates, travel time against service time, first-time fix rates, customer satisfaction scores and schedule adherence. Because the same data drives the HR module, field performance feeds directly into commission and incentive calculation instead of being reported separately.
Technicians also manage inventory from the app: checking stock, requesting parts, updating counts in real time, with automated restocking requests.
More on Products & modules
The nine modules, and how they fit together
Nine modules cover supply chain, sales, CRM, HR, brand, surveys, field force, point of sale and finance. Every plan can access the full ecosystem; you enable what you use.
Payroll, commissions and variable pay
Payroll pulls verified data from geofenced attendance, sales totals and task logs, supports multi-currency, and calculates variable pay without manual reconciliation.
How demand forecasting works
Forecasts are generated from historical sales, distributor purchase patterns and market trends, and feed procurement, production planning and stock allocation.
