The nine modules, and how they fit together

Nine modules cover supply chain, sales, CRM, HR, brand, surveys, field force, point of sale and finance. Every plan can access the full ecosystem; you enable what you use.

The suite is modular, and the modules are designed to be run together — the value compounds where they touch. Each one is a full product in its own right, but none of them is sealed off from the others.

  • Supply Chain Management — AI-driven demand forecasting, procurement and production planning, logistics optimisation and end-to-end stock visibility from warehouse to retail shelf.
  • Sales & Distribution — primary and secondary sales, distributor management and real-time sales analytics.
  • Customer Relationship — a 360° customer view, engagement history and pipeline.
  • Human Resources — an AI-powered applicant tracking system, geofenced attendance, and payroll that reads live sales data.
  • Brand Management — brand consistency, merchandising and trade execution.
  • Survey Platform — structured data collection from the field, with AI-assisted analysis.
  • Field Force Automation — route optimisation, offline-capable mobile working, safety features and performance analytics.
  • Point of Sale — a unified POS across outlets, tied to the same inventory and ledger.
  • Accounts & Finance — auto-posted transactions, multi-currency, tax-compliant invoicing and a full audit trail.

Why the joins matter more than the modules

A worked example: a candidate hired through the HR module's applicant tracking system becomes an active employee automatically. The system assigns their role — say, Order Booker — sets up their route plan and grants mobile app access. Their route completion and pre-orders then feed performance measurement, and their commission is calculated from verified sales totals rather than a submitted figure. No module in that chain was integrated with another; they were never separate.
