Payroll, commissions and variable pay

Payroll in most organisations is static, and everything that is not static — commissions, incentives, distributor bonuses — arrives as a spreadsheet somebody assembled by hand at the end of the month. That spreadsheet is where payroll disputes come from.

Here the payroll module reads verified data directly: geofenced attendance check-ins, sales commissions and task logs. Variable pay is calculated from individual sales totals, achieved targets and distributor incentives, pulled from the sales system rather than submitted.

Multiple locations and currencies

Multi-currency processing is supported, and payroll can be configured for various regional tax regulations — which matters as soon as you employ people across more than one jurisdiction.

Recruitment through to first route

The applicant tracking system automates job posting to platforms including LinkedIn and Monster, CV auto-scanning, skills-based testing, video interviews and offer letter generation. A hired candidate becomes an active employee automatically, with their role assigned, route plan set up and mobile app access granted.
