Plans, prices and payment terms

Every plan includes every module. The only difference between plans is how many logins they cover, the price per login, and whether you commit for a year.

The plans

• Flex: $15 per login per month, month to month, cancel anytime, from 5 logins with no upper limit. Self-serve setup with knowledge base and chat support.
• Starter: $12 per login per month on a one-year agreement, for 10 to 50 logins. Guided onboarding.
• Growth: $10 per login per month on a one-year agreement, for 50 to 100 logins. Guided onboarding.
• Scale: $8 per login per month on a one-year agreement, for 100 logins or more. Priority onboarding and support.
• Enterprise: 250 logins or more, or special terms such as your own hosting region, an SLA or a custom integration. Talk to us.

Which plan fits

The plan is set by how many logins you have. Under 10 logins, or with no commitment, it is Flex. From 10 it is Starter, from 50 Growth, from 100 Scale. Your account page tells you when you cross into the next range, and the pricing page has a calculator that works it out for your team.

How a one-year plan is paid

• Quarterly, in advance, at the list price.
• Every six months, in advance, with 10% off.
• Yearly, in advance, with 15% off.
• Logins added during the year are billed monthly or quarterly at your plan’s rate, without the discount, until the agreement renews.

Also on every plan

• A self-service login at $2 per month for staff who only need their payslip, leave, attendance and claims.
• No setup fee, no induction fee, no quote to wait for.

Currency

Prices are in US dollars. Visitors in the United Kingdom, Europe, Pakistan and Bangladesh see their own currency first for guidance, at the rate stated on the pricing page; the dollar price is the price.

Worked examples

• 8 logins with no commitment: Flex, $120 a month.
• 30 logins: Starter, $360 a month paid quarterly, $324 paid six-monthly, or $306 paid yearly ($3,672 up front).
• 60 logins: Growth, $600 a month paid quarterly, or $510 paid yearly ($6,120 up front).
• 150 logins plus 300 factory staff on self-service: Scale $1,200 plus 300 at $2, $1,800 a month, or $1,530 paid yearly.
