Agentic conversation, when you want it
"Which distributors are behind target this month, and why?" The agent reads the relevant reports, compares periods, and answers with the numbers and where they came from. Available to every customer from 15 October, with starter credits to try it.

Questions about AI Reports
Do you send our data to an AI company?+
Not by default. Reports and the analyser make no AI calls. If you opt in to conversation, you are told what is shared, and it is figures and codes rather than names.
Which AI models do you use?+
Models from Anthropic, Google Gemini and OpenAI. Targets routes each question to the one best suited to it, and we add models as better ones become available.
Can we limit who uses it?+
Yes. Access is set per user like any other section.
What happens when credits run out?+
The analyser keeps working. Conversation pauses until you top up, or tops up automatically if you switched that on.
Can we use our own BI tool instead?+
Yes. Targets provides a connection to the data warehouse for Power BI and other tools.
