Sales incentives and commissions calculated from target achievement and paid through payroll. Available from 15 October.

Is People a separate product?+
No. It is a module of Targets and is included with every login.
Do employees need a login?+
Only those who sign in. A login is charged once a user has signed in for the first time. Staff who only need their payslip, leave, attendance and claims use a $2 self-service login.
Can office and field staff have different attendance rules?+
Yes. Rules follow the shift and the user.
Does leave affect payroll?+
Yes. Unpaid leave and absences flow into the payroll run.
Are records ever deleted?+
No. Records are deactivated, not erased, so history stays complete.
When are incentives available?+
From 15 October.
