Your distributors run their side. You keep control.

Purchases, warehouses, stock, deliveries, invoices and money, for every distributor, under the access you set.

What a distributor manages in Targets

Purchases

Receive stock from the company against the primary invoice.

Warehouses

Stock by location, in cartons and pieces.

Stock management

Opening stock, transfers between distributors, adjustments, returns back to stock, and a month-end close.

Secondary invoicing

Invoices to retailers with tax and discounts, carrying the distributor's own logo.

Deliveries and money

Decide which orders go on cash or credit, record payments and cheques, and see every customer's balance.

Sole to sub-distribution

A sole distributor invoices a sub-distributor, who receives the stock in their own account.

Stock you can trust at both ends

Reserved when booked

When a rep books an order, stock is reserved. When the van is loaded, it moves.

Returns are confirmed

When goods come back, a manager confirms the return before it counts.

The day closes, the numbers agree

Load passes, deliveries, returns, cash, credit and cheques are settled in the daily sales report before the day is closed.

Questions about distributor operations

Who decides what a distributor can see?+
The company. Access is set per user, down to individual screens and buttons.
Can a distributor have sub-distributors?+
Yes. A sole distributor invoices the sub-distributor, and the sub-distributor receives the stock.
Whose logo is on the secondary invoice?+
The distributor's or the company's, as you choose. Printed and PDF invoices carry a small "Powered by Targets" footer.
Do distributors keep their own accounts?+
Yes. Each distributor has independent books, separate from the company's.
Do distributor users count as logins?+
Yes. Anyone who signs in with a username and password is a login. Users you create who never sign in are free.
