Connecting Targets to your ERP, BI tool and other systems
Reports export to Excel and CSV, your BI tool connects to the Targets data warehouse, and ERP integrations such as SAP are scoped as Enterprise projects.
Targets is designed to be the system of record for sales, distribution, accounts and people, so most companies need fewer integrations, not more. Where a connection is needed, here is what exists today.
Exports
Every report downloads to Excel and CSV. Accounts statements download the same way. There is no limit on how often you export.
Business intelligence
Targets provides a connection to its data warehouse for Power BI and other BI tools, so a team that already has dashboards can keep them and point them at Targets.
ERP and accounting systems
Targets does not ship a pre-built connector to SAP, Oracle, Odoo or Dynamics. Companies that must integrate with an ERP do so as an Enterprise project: we scope the data flow, build it and quote it. Most customers post to the Accounts module instead and export from there.
Marketplaces and lead sources
Online sales are recorded in Targets under an e-commerce channel rather than pulled from marketplaces automatically. Connections to lead-generation tools are coming soon in the CRM module.
