Creating a job, sharing its link and screening CVs
Type a title and Targets drafts the job and the interview. Every CV is scored against the job on a published rubric. Video interviews are recorded and graded.
Recruitment in Targets runs from the vacancy to the first day on payroll. AI does the paperwork; people make the decisions.
The job
Type the job title. Targets drafts the description, the level and the requirements for you to edit. Every job gets a public apply page with CV upload. Share its link on LinkedIn, job portals and social media. Direct posting to those platforms is coming soon.
Screening
Screening questions filter first. Then each CV is read and scored out of 100 against the job on the same rubric every time: skills, experience, education and additional strengths, with matched and missing skills listed. Education is never used to mark a candidate down. Text planted in a CV to fool the screener is ignored. Candidates hear back automatically.
The interview
Set how many questions of each type, multiple choice, written, video and case study, and how much each topic weighs. Marks are distributed for you. Candidates take the interview from a link, with a timer and a warning if they leave the tab. Video answers are recorded, transcribed and graded. You get the scores, a transcript, a summary and a recommendation.
Offer and onboarding
The offer letter is signed on screen. Onboarding collects and verifies documents, records background checks and grants access.
Credits
Scoring a CV uses one AI credit. An AI interview, conducted and graded, uses 20 credits, which is $2.

Smart attendance: office network, field geofence and photo
Attendance is checked by the company network in the office and by location and photo in the field. It is included for every login.
Running payroll and issuing payslips
Salary structures, tax slabs and payroll cycles produce a payslip for every employee. Attendance, unpaid leave and overtime flow in from the same system.
