Getting started: your first day in Targets
Sign in, set up the company, add the first users and load your master data. Small teams can do this in a day; larger rollouts start with one distributor.
A Targets account is created from the Get started page. Flex and the annual plans can both be bought online. Your workspace is created as soon as your payment is confirmed, and your login details arrive by email. Keep the client code from the sign-up page; it identifies your company with us.
In the first hour
- Sign in to the portal and open Settings to name the company, upload the logo that will print on invoices, and set the tax registration numbers.
- Set up geography and hierarchy: regions, areas, territories and towns, then the managers and reps who own them.
- Add products, price lists and discount levels, or upload them from Excel.
In the first day
- Onboard the first distributor: their account, opening stock, users and access.
- Create the field users, install the app on their phones, and have each one sign in with the company's licence code.
- Build the first journey plans and run a day of booking with one team.
Larger rollouts
Guided onboarding comes with Starter, from 10 logins, and every larger plan; Flex is self-serve. Setting up a company is automated and takes minutes: the company, then products, prices and schemes from your Excel sheets, then distributors and users. Most customers start with one distributor, prove the daily flow from booking to cash, and roll out by region at their own pace. There is no setup or induction fee.

What Targets is, and what it replaces
Targets is one system for companies that sell through distributors: production, company sales, distributor operations, field teams, accounts, HR and hiring share one set of records.
The eight modules, and what each one does
Every Targets login includes all eight modules. This article says what each covers so you can decide where to start.
Going live: what happens after you sign up
Onboarding is automated and takes minutes: sign up, set up your company, and book the first order the same day. Larger rollouts go region by region, with guided onboarding and no setup fee.
