What Targets is, and what it replaces
Targets is one system for companies that sell through distributors: production, company sales, distributor operations, field teams, accounts, HR and hiring share one set of records.
Most companies that come to Targets are not missing a system. They have several: an order-booking app, a spreadsheet from each distributor, an accounting package, a payroll file. The cost is not the licences. It is that none of them agree, and somebody spends the first week of every month making them agree.
Targets replaces that with one system. A rep books an order on the phone, the distributor's stock is reserved, the delivery is settled in cash or credit, the customer's balance updates, the sale posts to the books, and the rep's target achievement moves, without anyone typing it twice.
What it covers
- Sales and distribution: primary sales from the company, distributor operations, field booking and delivery, pricing and tax, market execution and reports.
- Accounts: vouchers, ledgers, profit and loss and balance sheet, posted from sales, with separate books for every distributor.
- Lead generation and CRM: card and QR scan into a shared contact list.
- People: HR, smart attendance, leave, payroll, incentives and claims.
- Recruitment: AI-written jobs and interviews, CV scoring, graded video interviews.
- Projects and collaboration, production and manufacturing, and AI reports.
Who it is for
Manufacturers, importers and brands that sell through distributors and field teams: consumer goods, beverages, tea, confectionery, ready-made food, personal care, baby care, fragrances and chemicals. Targets was founded in 2016 and is made by Ivy Interactive in Pakistan.
How it is sold

More on Getting started
The eight modules, and what each one does
Every Targets login includes all eight modules. This article says what each covers so you can decide where to start.
Getting started: your first day in Targets
Sign in, set up the company, add the first users and load your master data. Small teams can do this in a day; larger rollouts start with one distributor.
Going live: what happens after you sign up
Small teams start the same day. Larger rollouts begin with one distributor and are live in about 45 days, with guided onboarding and no setup fee.
