Going live: what happens after you sign up
Small teams start the same day. Larger rollouts begin with one distributor and are live in about 45 days, with guided onboarding and no setup fee.
There is no induction project and no setup fee. What happens after sign-up depends on the size of the team.
Up to 10 logins
Sign up on the Get started page, pay, and your workspace is created the same day. Set up the company, load products and prices, add users, and start. The knowledge base and chat support are there for questions.
30 logins or more
- Our team contacts you to plan the setup.
- We start with one distributor and up to 15 logins for 45 days, and prove the daily flow from booking to cash.
- Master data is loaded from your Excel sheets: geography, products, prices, schemes, customers.
- Reps are trained on the phone in the market, not in a meeting room.
- Then we roll out by region.
Training
The app guides the rep through the day, so training is short. Managers learn the portal in a half-day session. Every page of the site carries the questions our customers ask, and the assistant answers from them.
Support
Knowledge base and chat on every plan, business-hours support on annual plans, priority support on Scale and Enterprise.

What Targets is, and what it replaces
Targets is one system for companies that sell through distributors: production, company sales, distributor operations, field teams, accounts, HR and hiring share one set of records.
The eight modules, and what each one does
Every Targets login includes all eight modules. This article says what each covers so you can decide where to start.
Getting started: your first day in Targets
Sign in, set up the company, add the first users and load your master data. Small teams can do this in a day; larger rollouts start with one distributor.
